A score table goes in. A cited paragraph comes out.

Live example: the highlighted row is the one being written about. Every number in the sentence is traced back to its cell.

What AUTOMATA does

You upload. AUTOMATA writes. You review.

Score-report PDFs and student records in; a finished report out — tables, graphs, narrative, and recommendations. Every step is checkable and every number leaves a trail back to its source.

01 / extract

Upload the PDFs. That's the whole job.

Publisher score reports, rating scales, prior evaluations, student records — drop them in as they are. Every score, percentile, confidence interval, date and descriptor lands in one data sheet with a link to the exact page it came from.

02 / compose

Writes the tables, graphs the scores, discusses every data point

Score tables and graphs are built for you. Each data point is discussed as it relates to the student's disability — or the lack of one — and the report closes with score-specific clinical recommendations based on the student's eligibility. All in your template, in your voice.

03 / verify

Checks every claim before you see it

Every score in the prose is matched to the table. Every descriptor is matched to the publisher's band. Format, heading order, and required sections are audited against your standard. Mismatches are flagged, never silently fixed.

Psychoeducational and clinical assessment reports

Initial evaluations, triennials, and re-evaluations, built from the instruments you already give. Designed inside a working caseload, not a demo.

  • WISC-V, WJ IV, WRAML-3, PH-3 (Piers-Harris 3), BASC-3, Vineland-3, and common rating scales
  • Standard score → percentile → descriptor, computed and cross-checked
  • Previous-assessment summaries and score history carried forward
  • Eligibility reasoning laid out step by step, with the criteria named
  • Score-specific clinical recommendations based on the student’s eligibility
  • Score graphs and summary tables built automatically
Generated · previous assessment summary

On the prior evaluation (2023), cognitive functioning was assessed with the WISC-V. The Full Scale IQ of 94 (34th percentile, 95% CI 89–99) fell in the Average range. A relative weakness was noted in Working Memory (SS 79, 8th percentile), consistent with teacher reports of difficulty retaining multi-step directions.

Also fits The same engine can turn measurements into signed documents in engineering & QA, compliance, laboratory, and research reporting. School psychology ships first — tell us what you write if that’s your field.

04
Accuracy & privacy

Reports people sign their name to. So the rules are strict.

Nothing is invented

Every number in the narrative must exist in the data sheet. If a score is missing, the sentence is left blank and flagged — the system never fills a gap with a plausible value.

Identifying data stays with you

Names and identifiers are held in your own files and systems. Drafting runs on de-identified records, and the report is re-assembled on your side.

You approve what runs

An audit is a proposal, not an action. Every automated fix is listed for you to accept or reject. Nothing overwrites your work without a yes.

AUTOMATA started with one psychologist, one spreadsheet, and one evening too many spent retyping numbers that were already printed on a PDF. Formulas became code, code became an app. Now you upload the PDFs, it writes the report, and you review it. AUTOMATA · Built inside a working caseload in Kern High School District
